My name is Courtney Hudson. I’m currently in the 10th grade, and I’m not in any classes that will help me. My strengths would be very responsible and good time management. My abilities are cooking, organization, and working with others. I have achieved to be a band member since 6th grade and I plan on being in the band till I graduate high school. My goals are to graduate high school and then go to college and become a successful chef hopefully in my own restaurant or working in someone else’s. I hope to achieve these goals by doing well in high school and college.
I would like to become a chef or a diner cook.I really enjoy making things for other people to eat and enjoy. This career seems interesting to me because I love making things, because I know if people enjoy it then I should do a career that works with the things I love to do. At home I usually make either breakfast or dinner for my family and they really enjoy it. I’m an ok student at math, which is very important when you make something. I’m really good at working with other people which is important in this career. There are a lot of jobs in this career; I think I would good for any kind of job in this career because I can cook about anything you ask me to cook. And if I couldn’t get this job then I would still love to be a chef. People would say that I’m a hard working student, responsible, and I could accomplish anything if I tried.
I will be using a sample of word because in the career I chose you have to use this program because you will have to write down all the things needed for a recipe or something. The sample is about my choice of career and all the things I could do if I was at the mall for a day and good things like that. I’m excited that I get to become a chef or diner cook because I enjoy doing what I love which is cooking. And I usually don’t quit just because something doesn’t go my way, I continue to go for it until I achieve it. While I was creating this portfolio I learned a lot more about myself than I already knew. I also learned that when I work hard I get good results.
